After achieving his diploma as a civil engineer with focus on building production and building economics at the University of Dortmund he started his career at the general contractor company Goldbeck. There he has been responsible for the project management of various industrial turn-key projects in Germany and Belgium. These projects contained office buildings, logistics warehouses, retail and multi-storey parking garages.

In 2008 Thomas started a new activity at the American development company ProLogis. He was responsible for the project management of logistics warehouses in Belgium, The Netherlands and Germany.

In 2011 he was responsible for the development of logistics warehouses and production facilities as Senior Project Manager at Variolog AG in Ratingen.

In 2012 he founded the tricer management GmbH located in Gevelsberg.

After achieving his Diploma in Economics at the University of Paderborn Markus started his career 1997 as a commercial plant manager at the building supplier VBF Ratingen.

In 2000 he went to Wiemer&Trachte and started there as a procurement management manager. He became Head of the procurement management department in 2006 and from then on he operated as an authorized officer together with his team responsible for tender procedures, negotiations and contracting for projects throughout whole Germany.

In 2007 he advanced as the procurement management manager at the American Development company ProLogis. He was responsible for all RFQs and contracting general contractors for the region Northern and Eastern Europe.

In 2011 he was responsible for the calculation of construction costs and all RFQs and contracting general contractors as Head of procurement management Department at Variolog.

In 2012 he founded the tricer management GmbH located in Gevelsberg.

After studying architecture at the RWTH Aachen and an additional qualification for Construction and Project Management, he started his professional career in 1997 at the General planner AIP in Dusseldorf. His activities included the construction supervision and project management of high-quality office properties and public buildings such as schools and town halls.

In 2001 he transferred to the general contractor Vollack, where he served as project manager for the turnkey implementation of offices and industrial properties.

From 2007 he was employed as a project manager at the American investor Prologis and was responsible for the technical project management.

Since late 2012 he has worked as a project manager at tricer management GmbH, based in Gevelsberg.

After successfully completing her degree in architecture with focus on project management at the TU Dortmund Nadine Ernst 2007 starts working with the American investor ProLogis as a responsible project manager. As an owner-representative, she was responsible for the planning up to the turnkey handover of logistics projects in Germany.

 

After working as a project manager at the Rewe Group, she stepped over as the overall project manager for the retail company tegut ... In this role, she led the redesign of the logistic with the main tasks construction, IT, processes and change management. From the beginning of 2012 she worked for the Australian investor Goodman and realized various turnkey logistics buildings as a project manager.

Since November 2013 Nadine Ernst has worked as a project manager at tricer management GmbH in Gevelsberg.

After successfully finishing his apprenticeship as a bricklayer and afterwards as an architectural draftsman he began his career at the engineering office Singer & Spindler.

At the time of 1991 till 1999 he eventually got responsible for the more sophisticated construction projects in structural and architectural engineering in the office.

During this time he also completed a further education by distance learning as a construction technician.

In the year of 1999 he started to work for the Company W.Markgraf GmbH & Co Kg where he finished his first apprenticeship before.

There he was immediately responsible for diverse projects as a construction manager and afterwards assigned with the project leadership of some bigger projects in the company, ranging from residential complexes and office buildings and Medical centers.

In the year of 2010 he was also assigned with new tasks in the calculation of diverse projects. This new area of activity also contained the selection of appropriate subcontractors and the quotation of key construction projects.

Since August 2016 he is working as a project manager at Tricer Management GmbH in Gevelsberg.

Her responsibilities include primarily the design and implementation planning.

Since May 2015, she has been working for TRICER Management GmbH, headquartered in Gevelsberg as an architect.

Following a successful carpentry apprenticeship and the subsequent completion of studies as a civil engineer at the Technical University of Berlin, his professional entry in 2011 was with the the construction company Goldbeck, which specializes in commercial properties, where he was responsible for the main focus of industrial and logistics halls. In 2013, he was promoted to the job as project manager at the same employer, where he was responsible for construction and project management in turnkey commercial property construction at various locations in Germany and he coordinated construction projects in the logistics usage segment. Since May 2018 he works as project manager at tricer management GmbH, based in Gevelsberg.

After successfully studying civil engineering at the Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences, my professional career began in 2012 at the general planner IHT Planungsgesellschaft mbH in Darmstadt with the tasks of detailed planning / tendering / awarding / construction management. In 2015 he moved to Goldbeck Süd GmbH as construction manager in the hotel division and then to the Rhein-Neckar branch of Goldbeck Südwest GmbH. As a construction manager, he coordinated the execution of turnkey commercial properties from Bielefeld to Munich. In September 2017 he took up his position as the first project manager for the re-establishment of the Rhein-Neckar division for Köster GmbH. He was primarily responsible for the planning and execution of turnkey projects in the commercial real estate sector. Since September 2020 he has been working as a project manager at tricer management GmbH based in Gevelsberg.

His professional vita begins with an apprenticeship as a bricklayer and subsequent studies as a civil engineer with a focus on construction management at the Oldenburg University of Applied Sciences, which enabled him to join the PPP department of BAM Deutschland AG in Stuttgart, Berlin and Potsdam in 2007. His of responsibility included the preparation of offers, planning coordination and construction management. Three years later he started at Goldbeck Nord in Bremen, initially as a construction manager and after a short time took over the activities of a project manager. The main focus of his work was the turnkey realization of logistics properties, parking garages and office buildings. In 2018 he moved to the real estate department of one of the world's leading logistics companies, Kuehne + Nagel (AG & Co.) KG in Bremen, where he was responsible for new construction and renovation projects throughout Germany as a real estate manager. Since April 2021 he has strengthened the tricer management GmbH team as a project manager.

After successfully graduating from the Ostwestfalen-Lippe University of Applied Sciences in the field of interior design, he began his professional career in 2014 at an architectural firm in Bielefeld with the tasks of tendering and construction management in building construction. While working, a further degree in architecture was obtained in 2015. In 2016, he moved to a start-up company in Bad-Salzuflen, where he worked on projects in existing buildings, interior design, retail design and trade fair construction. The field of activity here ranged from planning, to contracting, to construction management/project management. At the end of 2017, he started working for Goldbeck International, where he mainly managed projects in Germany as a planning coordinator, but also in Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The main focus of his work was the assignment and coordination of planners and engineers, as well as direct coordination with customers, the construction site and construction planning. Since June 2021, he has been strengthening the tricer management GmbH team as a planning coordinator.

After successfully completing his studies in civil engineering (Dipl.-Ing. TU - specialising in construction and production technology) at the University of Kassel, he began working as a subsoil expert in an engineering/expert office for geotechnics in 2003, with responsibility for projects in the region of Northern Hessen, Lower Saxony and Hamburg.

In 2007, he was briefly employed as a project manager in the environmental consultancy Harress Pickel Consult, responsible for mineral water transport pipeline construction.

In January 2008, he moved to GOLDBECK West GmbH (later GOLDBECK Nord) NL Kassel as a construction manager, responsible for various turnkey logistics projects, multi-storey car parks and office properties in Lower Saxony, Hessen and North Rhine-Westphalia. From 2013 in construction/project management, since 2015 exclusively in project management, the tasks and project requirements increased up to a turnkey construction of a logistics property in Lower Bavaria with approx. 220,000 m² and many office fixtures.

In 2019, he was promoted to Head of Project Management at the Kassel branch, where he took over the technical and disciplinary leadership for the construction and project managers as well as the technical building services and project managers.

After successfully completing his studies in civil engineering at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), he began his professional career in 2014 as a construction manager at Goldbeck Süd GmbH, Hotel Division, followed by a move to the Rhine-Neckar branch of Goldbeck Südwest GmbH. During this time he gained profound knowledge in the construction of turnkey objects in the field of hotel construction, as well as in administration and hall construction.

In October 2017, he moved to Köster GmbH. Here he was responsible for the execution of larger objects and took over first tasks in project management. The promotion to project manager followed in 2020 in the same company.

Since 01 June 2022, he has been working as a project manager at tricer management GmbH, based in Gevelsberg.
